Pengaruh Seleksi, Kemampuan Kerja, dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja pada Kantor Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru
This study aims to see the effect of Selection, Job Ability, and Training on Performance at
Regional Office XII BKN Pekanbaru. The population of this research is the civil servants
in the Regional Office XII BKN Pekanbaru, which means 92 people. As for how to
determine the number of samples using the census method, the entire population is used as
the research sample. Data techniques used and interviews. The analytical tool used is
Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study
indicate that: (1) Selection has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Job Ability
has a positive effect on Employee Performance. (3) Training has a positive effect on
employee performance. (4) Selection, work ability and training together have a positive
effect on employee performance
